KEEP THE SMILE, LEAVE THE TENSION

“Worry” is the thought or emotions about potential problem in a repetitive and uncontrollable manner. Worrying keeps the soul and mind awake most nights. For some people, worrying has become a habit. Do not allow the harshness of this world to poison your soft heart. Stop beating yourself up for your mistake, take the lesson with you and move on. Worry drains our energy and affects our health. Embrace your bad days, let the tears fall and become the badass you are. People who worry a lot do not enjoy themselves. They lose focus on their life goals and derive no pleasure in living. Simply put, they are not happy.

At the end of the day we find out that what worries us today will not matter next week. Learn to control your mind. The power to be strong lies in your hands. Enjoy yourself appreciate, the body you are in and take care of it like it is the most valuable treasure. Set priority for yourself, less worries about what can go wrong and be more excited about what can go right. Know that worrying isn't your friend it's merely a symptom. AND REMEMBER, NOTHING WILL BE INTERESTING UNTIL YOU’RE INTERESTED
