World's Daily Food Photo Contest - Tuesday Soup and or Appetizer - Pata
For Tuesday soup or appetizer. I am sharing to day the "Pata". It is beef but they don't use the beef but usually the skin and/or knuckles, tail parts of the face. Well I do but this Pata only used the skin and unripe jackfuit and they used a lot of ginger.It was ok but I am used to the way I cook the Pata.
It is a nice hot soup especially during cold season because there is ginger.
They used mostly the skin and unripe jackfruit (langka). I am not fond of too hot or spicy but I tried this. You can see a lot of chili pepper and the ginger also makes it hot.
