This is a delicious no-cooked cheesecake that I ate some days ago. The cheese-cream is mixed with mango juice and there are also some pieces of fruit inside, as you can see from the photo.
What impressed me most was the soft taste. I mean: cheesecake usually are heavy in my stomach at the end of the dinner, but this one was not.
It was something like a real fruit at the end of the dinner to get clean my mouth.
Under the usual base of chopped cookies and over you can see some pieces of tapioca and tangerine.
