World's Daily Food Photo Contest- Anything Goes Sunday- Zucchini Roll

Filled with creamy delicious ground beef, I had fun cooking these rolls although they are a bit tedious to make because rolling the zucchini slices in place is a bit tricky and for that I used toothpick. Overall taste is delish and the sauce keeps the rolls moist.
