WORLD’S DAILY FOOD PHOTO CONTEST • WEDNESDAY MEAT DISHES: Simple Hot & Spicy Chicken Drumsticks with Sauce
Why not try this simple hot & spicy flavor chicken drumsticks with sauce?
8 chicken legs
olive oil
2 tbsp minced tsp garlic
1 tbsp cumin
1 small pc of jalapeno chili (Brunoise cuts)
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
onion leaves (optional)
1 Heat oil in a large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Fry chicken legs for 5 minutes on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
2 In another deep skillet, Stir-fry fried chicken, tomato paste, jalapeno chili, sugar, cumin (5 minutes).
3 Add 1/2 cup water. Stir and let them boil for 5 minutes. Seasoned salt and pepper. Sprinkle with hot sauce and onion leaves.

Wala yan sa pagalingan, kahit anong kumpleto ng ingredients mo kung wala sa puso mo ang ginagawa mong luto, di talaga yummy tignan. Cook it by your heart and you'll see hahaha😁
