- I love to drink Caipirovska once in a while especially in a cold summer nights ;) Caipirovska is a less nuanced drink, more monolithic as flavor, but it’s one of those case of “less is more”, because although the vodka is neutral, it allows you to customize the cocktail with thousand of ingredients, such as flowers, berries or aromatic herbs. Excellent with grilled meat such as brisket, veal chop with pepper sauce or a simple pasta alla puttanesca.
Caipirovska or Caipiroska, is a cocktail similar to Caipirinha prepared with vodka instead of the usual cachaça. It is a very popular cocktail in Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. It is also sometimes known as caipirodka.caipiroska
Note: Make sure you use plenty of ice, the right dilution makes this cocktail a winner!
