Hello Steemies! Happy weekend!
I love eating FRESH FRUITS. Sometimes I add a mixture of plain yogurt and a drizzle of honey or I can also sprinkle some chia seeds, honey, or coconut flakes on top for an added flavor boost or sprinkle some lime juice and chili powder on top of my favorite fruity mixture for an added kick in flavor and cinnamon!
- FRUITS have the highest amount of anti-oxidants and astringent properties of all foods and will enhance the vitality of cells faster than any other foods and with much less digestive effort.
