Promoting Steem On Quora

In my earlier post, i mentioned that Quora is a good place to promote Steemit for the long term. Unlike Twitter, Quora answers live forever. They also answer a targeted question that ranks highly on the Google search rankings.

I posted my above answer less than 15 minutes ago and it already has 14 views and 1 like. This is a popular question and topic.

So someone who is looking for a social media platform is likely to reach this Quora question. They might or might not see my answer. But you know what? Given a long enough time, i'm sure this would reach hundreds of people like some of my other answers.

Blockchain education

Another strategy i'm thinking of is linking specific quora questions to answers found on Steemit Academy. It is win-win. They get a summary on Quora and a full in-depth answer if they visit the Steemit post.

Regional languages

Quora is also big in many different languages and targeting the questions in regional languages is another potential big pool of future Steemit users.
