Super eagles caption John Obi Mikel has expressed dismay over non awarding of penalty by Turkish referee. The referee after watching the replay took his decision. To the fans all they saw is penalty but the referee has the final say.

African countries always complain of unfair decisions at the world cup, what is your view about this.
