A Syrian regime chemist in the Security Council

The Security Council began a session on the resumption of the use of chemical weapons by the Syrian regime, as the Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations Nicky Healy criticized the Russian position and called on the Council to stop the suffering of the Syrians.
