Water Proves Earth Is Flat

Water always conforms to the shape of its container. We have water level from coast to coast. Water always seeks and finds it’s own level (sea level – spirit level) and rivers always flow downhill until they find their level. Water at rest, in a cup, a bath, a lake – always has a flat surface. How can water curve?
