In his Contract with the American Voter, Donald Trump outlined the measures he wanted to implement during his first 100 days as president. The period of 100 days is no coincidence. This tradition was coined under Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. As a result, Trump has made good on less than 10 percent of his electoral promises
