I don't know about the other two, but Elon Musk's Tesla endeavor is at least an attempt to mitigate our climate-changing impact with the electric car and solar-powered charging stations. So at least one of them is doing something to help. It's still a for-profit company, of course, but it at least has something of an altruistic agenda...
