Gunde Svan from Sweden skated with one long pole through the ski slopes and the forests when skating as fast as he could, and Gunde never used on long pole in competitions, and when it is possible to do such things they should fix and adapt the rules!

Gunde Svan was the greatest star in the cross-country skiing through the 1980s, and the beginning of the 1990s, and hence you should know Sweden, and what was happening when Gunde was doing fast skiing in the ski slopes. And Gunde Svan was very known for skiing, and everybody knew him when he was coming in skiing fashion, and when meeting him alone in the private contexts. And Gunde Svan found his own extreme paths to success. And Gunde Svan was a cross-country skier, and as such skier he won several titles during the World Championship titles and the Olympic Games as well the World Cup. And he was really quick in the ski slopes as Håkon Brusveen in Norway also has marked and memorized when being out there in the ski slopes.

How did Gunde Svan really win all these competitions on cross-country skiing? Well, Gunde Svan trained with a disciplined and innovative approach, incorporating high-volume skiing (35-50 miles daily) alongside quality over quantity in his training, and using devices to monitor his body's response to exercise, and therefore he had to train much daily to get the work going into progresses when being and operating as he was. So, the skiing is both training on quality and quantity, and one of these, and it is a question about being faster and better from time to time, and from space to space when we are here where we are.

Gunde Svan famously used a long, single bamboo pole during training the day before the 1985 Nordic World Ski Championships to play mind games with his competitors and create a stir, and hence you can run fast in skiing when just using one long pole as he did, and he got attention and interest and awareness and people were conscious when Gunde Svan did what he did.

Gunde Svan earned considerable prize money through the FIS Cross-Country World Cup, winning the overall title five times between 1984 and 1988, and he also won numerous gold medals in the Olympics and the World Championships. And in Norway we are pleased to be satisfied with perceiving the medals that Norway gets during the competitions in international competitions, and we are celebrating this and we are motivated, inspired and satisfied when these things happen just as they do.

What we know Gunde Svan for is his results and performances in the ski slopes and it was both classical skiing and skating. And seeing Gunde Svan on the TV-channels, and listening to the radio, he was known for multiple Olympic gold medals, five overall World Cup victories, and seven world championship titles, and hence everybody knew his for what he did when being out there in national and in international ski slopes.

A known statement from Gunde Svan was that the winner always has a plan of action, and the loser always has an excuse. And hence, one should train a lot and in varied forms when winning the competitions, and one has only to blame and to claim on oneself when not winning that one is qualified for and operating for.

Gunde Svan is meaning that Petter Northug never get equally known and popular as Bjørn Dæhlie. And Petter Northug has done some stupid things, that drinking too much alcohol on parties, and driving car after that, and bumped into something, and he has also drove too fast in a control with the police. And many can do such things, but when you do it as a famous skier, you are getting much more attention and awareness about what is going on when being here just as we are.
