Section of the society..

Hospitals work at night, flights operate at night, trains run at night, but when it comes to IT folks working at night, specially call centers, suddenly there are objections from many sections of the society.

Their work experience is discounted and in some cases looked down upon. Some traditional HR folks don't value the role, and some hiring managers think those who service a foreign market can never work in domestic space.

I can vouch for a great talent pool available in this space. Just need to hire without prejudice. A good talent is independent of which market or time zone he or she works for.
