In today's workplace, what kind of employees are most popular?

If you are a person who wants to mix better in the workplace, want to make more money, and be responsible for your own future and destiny, I believe this should also be one of your biggest concerns.

In the workplace, if you are a person who is not seen by others, your career development will be greatly restricted, and you will even have to take a lot of detours; if you are very popular, you will find the golden key to rapid development , The career development path will go smoothly and achieve the results you want.

A 38-year-old employee of the company said to me with emotion: I have been working for 15 years, and it is almost time for me to understand where I am wrong. I wasted my 15 years of work in this way!

This employee has changed countless companies in the 15 years since he started working. The longest company stayed for 2 years, the shortest was half a month, and even the probation period had not expired. And the one who stayed longer is the current company.
It's not so much that the company she's been in for so many years has failed her education, it's more of her own cause. She told me such a career story about herself:
I remember when she was working in a company, the leader asked her to go to a local university to send materials, and she had to go to several places. In the end, she only ran to one place and returned to the company after sending a copy of the materials.
The leader asked her what was going on. She said that the university was too big and asked several times in the guard room, but only one place was asked, but none of the others were found.
The leader became very angry when she heard what she said, and criticized: How can you only find one place after looking for a morning? Besides, the places I asked you to send the materials were all well-known units in the school. If the guards didn’t know, you wouldn’t ask about the specific locations of other units at the unit you found. Ask teachers or students on campus.
She felt that she had been running so hard all morning, and she was even criticized by the leader. She didn't get angry and said to the leader: Anyway, I have tried my best.
When the leader heard her say this, he immediately said calmly: Okay! Since this is the result of your work as hard as you can, I guess you will not have a higher level, so please go out and turn left and go to the personnel department to leave.
After listening to her, I think why she has changed jobs so frequently in the past 15 years. On the surface, she is not welcomed by the company, but in fact, she has too many excuses.

As a manager, I find employees who have too many excuses, the most fundamental reason is that they are not good at thinking of ways when things happen, and they are too lazy to use their brains. Not only do the leaders dislike this type of employees in the company, but their colleagues are also afraid that they will use excuses to shirk their responsibilities and influence themselves. When they see him, they will hide, and even take a copy of him in front of the leader and ask him to leave quickly.
The old saying goes well: There are more ways than problems, so don’t find excuses to find ways. If you want to get a big career development, finding a way when things happen is undoubtedly one of the criteria for becoming a good employee. A good person will also become the most popular person.
That's all for today's sharing. I am @职同心合, follow me, and like to think about the workplace. # Workplace Sharing#
