To Touch or Not to Touch

Some people are touchy, some are not. The rule of the thumb is not to touch without consent. People have different level of sensitivity to touch. One should always respect people's personal space. If you are bothered with unwelcome touches you should inform the touchy-feely person that it's making you uncomfortable. He or she should keep his / her or hands to himself / herself.

You can touch someone's heart without touching his / her skin. :)
