As someone who's been into fitness for a while, I don't think Kevin Levrone's workout routine would be suitable for beginners. His workouts are intense and require a lot of experience and knowledge about lifting weights. That being said, if you're more advanced and looking for a challenge, his routines could definitely help you pack on some serious muscle.
