Crazy good back and biceps day. Back again!
My last few workouts have been super questionable lately.
I’ve been eating plenty of carbs the past few days, so I was expecting my best performance today!!
Warm up:
Really important warmup today because of my sore shoulders and back.
I did a bunch of sets. Too many to even count.
-Shoulder windmills
-Farmer walks
-pull overs
-pull ups
-shoulder adduction and abduction
-shoulder rotations
Workout:
-Bent over barbell rows
-barbell shrugs
-lat pull downs
-low row with a cable
-standing hammer curl
-standing cable curl with ropes
-high to low curl
-superset preacher curl and standing dB curls
-seated cable low curl
now... time to lay down and get some rest!
