Better Than a Treadmill For Fat Loss...

I've just finished my fat blasting workout and thought i'd share
it with you.

The Workout: A Great Full Body Blizt Circuit

  1. Jump Lunges (using chair or box) - 30 seconds
  2. Plank Jacks - 30 seconds
  3. Sumo Squat to Side Kicks - 30 seconds
  4. 2 Punch Burpees - 30 seconds
  • Repeat this circuit 2 more times with NO rest between exercises or circuits.
