The BEST Supplement For Post Workout Recovery

One of the 1st principles in Fitness is:

The faster you recover from an exercise the better your results will become.

Workout recovery is as IMPORTANT as the workout itself because that's where you make your gains.

After adding newer intense workouts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to my life I had to prioritize recovery as much as I could and this is the reason I've been taking this recovery supplement for the past year.

Btw I'm not a supplement junkie one bit and this is 1 of about 4 supplements I take on a daily basis (fish oil, BCAA's and Greens powder are the other 3).

This supplement is completely natural and has no side effects. Most importantly, it's helped my body become more relaxed and less sore from my days in the gym and the dojo.
