How to resist to the Sedentary lifestyle

Снимок.PNGSedentary lifestyles are becoming so popular nowadays. But instead of thinking where this way leads (it's not inspirational for sure), I propose to make some positive shifts right now.

So, to start moving forward a healthier lifestyle we have to develop a fruitful habit of walking on foot to our work or to use a bicycle. It will be useful also to stand rather than sit on public transport.

The second step no worse thee previous one is to take a small break walking or standing up during coffee or tea breaks.

The last one is the hardest and the most efficient at the same time: go to the gym, start morning exercising or try jogging.

Tip:
It's easier to start changes with your relatives or pets. IN a company our thoughts are less concentrated on the hardness of moving.
