Union Pacific said it was offering hiring incentives of $10-20,000 to train crews in certain cities like Denver, Kansas City and North Platte, Nebraska. The Journal reports those jobs pay about $40,000 year 1 and $60,000 year 2.

    Not a bad paying job at all really double that of retail to triple
