Works Art in Repairing old Helmets

A work of art comes to mind, when cleaning the warehouse. Find a helmet with a state of paint that is not feasible to use.

Ideas come up to improve and create new creations that are different from the old ones and add some more beautiful motifs to me.

PROCESS

The first process is done by cleaning the dirt and dust on the helmet with a wet cloth, dried, after it was cleaned with sandpaper until the paint can disappear and look smooth helmet, after that washed again and washed again with soapy water to clean from old paint on the helmet.
Actually, the first time doing repairs to paint the helmet.

This is the nature of art lovers, with the capital of creative ideas that make us useful to do everything in made useful items so useful.

PREPARATION FOR WORK

First of all use white spray paint on the helmet to get the base paint so that later favorite color can lead to a more optimal or perfect reflection that I anticipate!.

I painted slowly and thinly paint several times, after dry I paint back until the base of the helmet no longer visible, after really dry new painted with red color why I use this color?

GIVE MOTIF

The motive that I made is simple enough just by splitting the duct tape, stick to the helmet as we want then after that will form a creative model logo that we make ourselves.

How to create a better motive think about the shape of the motif that we make in accordance with the shape of the helmet frame.

Once the motive is created, then stay in the spray again with the color paint we want, if I paint in yellow for the motif that I make more appear and look.

After drying the paint with new motive I loose paper cassette that I paste will look beautiful motif with kretif own.

LOGO MIXING

Embedding a logo is very simple, the logo that I stick is a ready-made logo, the logo I use is not a helmet logo, but from social institutions IPSM (Society of Social Workers Association), so that it can be used when following IPSM activities.

Attachment is very simple just by opening the paper on the back just paste it on the helmet that has been adjusted to place the embedding logo.

LAST JOB

Once the motive is ready and the logo is pasted, I make all that live with the last paint is to use clear paint purpose to look more shiny and smooth and blends with logos and motifs that are buried by this clear paint, after that we wait until dry.

COMPLETE

Although not as good as the experts in painting, for me the first time doing this, feel good about his own creative arts, because it recently made a new broken helmet again.
