Persistence in Work and Business Success mindset

Sometimes when we try something often and it doesn’t work out, it requires persistence, changing the techniques we have been using or learning from other people’s mistakes including the mistakes we ourselves have made. But the problem is many people want instant praise from others, if we don’t get the gratification we desire, we tend to give up on our dreams. It doesn’t work that way. We Have to stick to some things long enough to make it work. Also, some of us the people that surround us are people so filled with negative thoughts and won’t encourage us to do better, probably because they have done something similar that didn’t work out or they know someone that did it and didn’t work out. The thing is, the fact that it didn’t work out for some people doesn’t mean when you try it won’t work out for you also. All you need is the right mindset to make it work.

That is seen as the mentality or language of poor people. To make achievements in life, you have to change the way you view things and not allow people that are filled with that mentality of poverty to influence the way you think. The decision on who is worth listening to is in your hands, because almost everyone has something to say about almost anything. Most times, the people who give most of these wrong ideas don’t even have the idea of any type of business, so you have no point listening to them in the first place, you choice to determine who you listen to is in your hands.
Having the right people, mindset and sticking with your plans long enough to make it work is very necessary. We are in a world with everything changing rapidly, where individuals also have to think fast and rapidly so we should be mindful of our association and not allow people with negative and outdated thinking influence us or stop us from achieving our vision. When you take advice from your friends that are not successful and are not working towards being successful, of course, they won’t want you to succeed also. So taking advice from such people isn’t an option.

If you want freedom, you will work towards making your own money and deciding how much you want to earn yourself, rather than sitting back and helping someone work out his own vision and the person dictates how much you earn and most of the things that happen to you. Depending on your own definition of freedom, although some people see nothing wrong and are comfortable with those normal jobs. So, if you want that freedom to happen, you have to be willing to take risks, be bold, get out from your comfort zone and do something different. Decide not to work someone else’s dream and start working on yours.

Also, put in mind that no matter how people want to be successful, not everyone can be successful because not everyone is willing to move out of their comfort zones, some people are not willing to undergo the discipline and training it requires.
