DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE

Diverse background (religious, educational, qualifications, beliefs), differs people (personalities, attitudes and character). Thereby making an organization have both difficult and non-difficult people (employees).

Difficult people (employee) : steadfastly refuses to recognize the need to work with all four groups of employees.
How to identify difficult people (overreaction, hides information, blames others, rebellious, manipulations, appear anxious, argumentative, over controlling.
