When I was at work, I didn't have time for personal development because I was so tired in my spare time. He was killing stress, but I managed to die till he got fed up. I couldn't make more deals, and I resigned.

Five months later, I quickly wake up at 10am, drag my lazy self into the washing room and think about how to run a project I'm working on. I'm slowly eating breakfast and opening my laptop almost immediately.
I work until 2 am in the afternoon, then I deserve a nap or choose to watch a movie on my laptop while having a light snack. The project can be completed later.

Employees who work for you may not work for me. For some people, working in a company is better than working free, because if they are more efficient, they definitely need someone to hold them accountable. Others can function on their own to the maximum extent.
I've tasted being a freelancer for me, and I've also tasted working in a company and being a freelancer is best for me.
I like to work at my own pace and I'm not given orders around me.
