Health is really a matter of concern for those with white collar jobs. They sit all day and sometimes even go back home and continue working with a laptop still in a sitting position.
I think in addition to your tips on this post, folks with this nature of a job should at least have a time for work out to burn unused calories in their system, there should be a routine every week for them to exercise.
