Nice tips and breakdown. Treating the blog as a business is no easy job but I guess story is the king here. Since we are creating content on Steem why not might as well run a self-hosted blog site right?

    Yeah but i started blogging before Steem and it's much easier now with Steempress around. It's still a risk though, to syndicate content on sites with a higher DA.
