Word Poetry Challenge #13 : Fears

Engulfing the mortal soul,
Intolerant to the ways of living.

Resenting the outer layers,
Of social insecurity slides by.

Fear spread in the air,
Unchecked by any.

Battling the war a little,
Raised by the demons for a decade.

Resurrection of the one,
Smouldered to ashes.

The Reaper paused a second,
As he swung his scythe.

Spitting fires of insanity,
Them demons were unleashed unto the world.

The constant pain burning inside,
Seeked for mortality every day.

Walking into the moonlit night,
I held hands with the strangest devil.

I believe in the destiny,
For fear I have none.
