Word Poetry Challenge #4 : "Good Versus Evil" (An Original Poetry)

The world is theater of darkness and light
a flash fiction mixed with utter reality
a contest of darkness and sheer brightness
We are creatures of the sun
picking up righteous swords
like the lightning bolt of Zeus
we wage war against the minions of Hades
Wearing courage like garments
cowering not in cowardice
The night is no match for the day.
yet evil is like a pompous king in high places
It's like cancer eating deep
making the eyes a landlord to weeping tears
in a world without just umpires,
evil is building heinous empires
butchering the valiant heart with sweet cruelty
Like the host of heaven, fighting demons
let your courage come forth like a fluorescence
Illuminating the evil, deep rooted like an obeche tree.
and purge alien of villaneous traits in our very existence.
the world is ripe for redemption.
cleansing the gall and the dirt into marvellous salvation.
like protagonist and antagonists
builders, fighting the destructive destroyers.
evil is plenteous like the sands of the beach
threatening the survival of goodness.
slaying it with alacrity
but at the of the screenplay.
evil will be vanquished and conquered
into total nothingness.
POETIC NOTES & ANALYSIS.
This is a poem written in a narrative method, it's main purpose is to describe the coexistence of good and evil, it speaks about how they intertwined into each other, becoming a characteristics of life, the poem acknowledges the fact that the rate of evil in the world is quite plenty and it seems the existence of goodness is limited.
It used various means, various allusions to portray good and evil just like ZEUS and HADES
However the last verse sums up the poem, it's explains a possibility of evil prevailing over good in the world, however it will always end up to prevail lastly.
