Word Poetry Challenge #1 : Green Leaves - Original Poem
Green Leaves
A seed in the soil sprouted and arose for light,
water gave life to this seedling.
The growth of two green leaves appears in sight,
why ban a plant, whats the meaning?
Cancer, glaucoma, muscle spasms, nausea and pain,
epileptic seizures and anxiety,
alleviated by green leaves grown from rain.
But outlawed simply in the name of sobriety.
The results of consuming,
are relaxation and a calming feeling.
as it grows the plant starts blooming,
these green leaves used for healing.
