You take our carbondioxide waste
You give us your oxygen taste
You are indeed a converter, taking our waste to give us rest
In your bitter state you are medicinal.
In your eatable state you produce vegetables
In your widespread nature you form a pasture
Under your shadow insects find their resting place.
Like the sun you shine out your green beauty.
Your colour is great and you our land beautiful.
