"Word Poetry Challenge #13 : Fears"

Stir of echoes, murmuring voices
Moving shadows in the darkness
Gasping for breath, speechless
Alone in the corner, restless
No more strength, numbness
Wind in its utmost coldness
More than elementals and the devils
Experiencing the greatest evil

Sharper than a tri-edged sword
Deeper than the bottomless pit
Scared of opinions and words
Uttered by other's lips
So afraid of what others may say
Indifferent in all ways
Could not fit in with the norm
Estranged since was born

Existence so surreal
Crippled by tons of fear
Opposite of what the society dictates
Helpless in an awful state
Can't get up, silent weep
Can't make a step, path seems steep
Painful stares, judgemental eyes
Confused with unbearable lies

Thinking of being scared outside
But truly it was all happening inside
Change the voices in your head
People's approval you don't need
False Expectations Appearing Real
All happiness is on the other side of fear
Fear was in your mind all along
Accept who you are, you're unique, you're strong
