Before his appearance, women were used only as a means of enjoyment, they had nothing to say about their freedom, they were like furniture, they were considered to be commodities, they used to roam during the day, in terrible torture, they went to the forest, movable property and toy objects. The idea that women will serve only a man - was rooted everywhere. In Arab countries, it was considered a misfortune to have a daughter. Many fathers did not hesitate to bury him if he was a child.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had saved women from a grave inhuman condition and gave them rights as their daughters, as sisters, mothers and women as a whole. He gave them fair and dignified dignity. They gain graciousness and respect. They take affection from parents and daughters as affection and affection. Not only that, he also inherited. As a sister, she gets support from her brother and other family members; sympathy and cooperation; As a mother, it is a proper authority and devotion by receiving from all. Mother became glorious. As a bride, she received profits, love and inheritance from Mubarakabad, greetings and sincere reception and all members of her family. Social honor, dignity and human values ​​gained as a man.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) has done what he has ordered, and he has established Shariah. There is a mention of joint contribution of men and women to the creation of the world human civilization in the Qur'an. Allah said to Jalna Shanuhu: O people! I have created you from a man and a woman. Then I divided you into different nations and tribes, that you may know one another (Surah Al-Hujurat: Ayat 13).

The first identity of the woman is the daughter of her parents. But, as a daughter, it was not the tradition that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had before. If the daughter was born, the mother's face would have become black. It is said in the Quran that the good news of the daughter is given to her when her face becomes black and she is suffering from intolerable grief. Be careful, the worst of what they decide (Surah Nahl: Verse 58-59).

In a Hadith, there is a tradition of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) that Allah's Messenger sent the angels when a female child is born. They came and said: Peace on the family. Then they embrace the daughter's son by the arm and she cares for the head with her head. They say: One more helplessness has come out of the abyss. The speech that will be attentive to its maintenance will get help till Resurrection.

Whether it is a daughter or a son, it is clear that the mercy of Allah has become clear in the Qur'an. It has been said: Allah is the One who created the heavens and the earth's sovereignty. He gives to whom He pleases daughters and gives sons to whom He wills (Surah Shura: Ayat 49).

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to the companions: The person who raises his daughter or sister, teaches them well and uses them kindly, then, after attaining maturity, makes him self-reliant by making him a Jannah. Goes. A man asked: O Allah's Messenger, if there are two? He said: Even in both cases. Another one asked: Is there one? He said in one case (Mishkat Sharif).

In another Hadith there is another Hadith that if a female child is born, and if she does not keep her, then if she does not insult her, and ignores him, if the son does not favor the child, then Allah will admit him to Paradise (Abu Da'ud).

Although four women were allowed to take wives, they were covered in some conditions. As a result, the tendency of taking multiple wives was prevented. In this connection, it is said in the Qur'an that you will marry two or three or four women in your choice. And if you fear that you can not do justice, then one person (Surah Nisa: Verse 3) In this verse, there are four types of marriage permits to marry, but every woman has the right to marry if there is a fear of justice.

The ignorance, negligence, oppression and oppression of the men, who were immersed in the whirl of sinfulness of ignorance of Ayyam, brought women society in such a helpless situation that they could not have thought that they would be recognized as human beings. The situation of women has reached such a stage that they have been created only to meet man's amusement and craving for hunger. Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) introduced the rule of marriage and ensured the right of women. Without the consent of a woman, no man can get married to a woman. With this provision he elevated the status of women. In the case of a husband, he has the right to choose: Thus, if a man wishes, it can not be accepted as a wife who can accept a woman as a wife. The rights of the wife of the man as much as the right of the wife has been ensured. In the Qur'an, the relationship between husband and wife is related to the relationship. They are your clothes and you are their dress (Surah Al-Baqarah: Ayat 187).

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: The rights of your wives as well as you have on them (Tirmidhi). He said, "Whatever you eat, let your wives also be fed to what you will wear." (Abu Daud, Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah).
