You might see a beautiful girl sitting in a coffee shop and you might tell yourself “wow! She is hot” or you might see a couple holding hands and you feel like “why don’t I have a girlfriend?”. Then you start looking for ways to connect to women, that can be online or meeting them in real life. You put in hours, weeks or even months messaging women on instagram you might even get laid once or multiple times, but if you think about the hours that you put in vs the amount of women that you get its not that great. Chasing women is a waste of your precious time not only does it waste your time but it also wastes your valuable energy but putting it into low value party girls, instead you should aim at leveling up yourself by:

Increasing your income and having good status
If your income increases your lifestyle changes now you have good status and can attract higher quality women now that your lifestyle has change which attracts more and higher quality women.

Improve your looks
There is nothing you can do to increase your height or change some genetic limitations, but you can improve what you have by going to the gym and building a lean muscular body you can follow this guide, getting a nice haircut, getting a nice beard, getting good fit clothes, getting minimal jewelery (ring, chain).

Being yourself
You can be yourself by removing any filters that you use to avoid any confrontation or judgement. You can dive deeper into yourself by increasing your self-awareness, you can do this by meditating on a daily basis. Meditation also helps improve focus.

Improve your personality
Improve your personality by identifying your traits and improving them and even adding more traits to your arsenal.

Have a mission in life
Women are turned off when they hear that a man does not have a mission (other than money), so have a mission and always chase it.

When you feel like you have achieved all these points, then you can go ahead and talk to women, you will find that women are much nicer, beautiful, feminine and are attracted to you too. Not only you can attract now but you will keep attracting women if you keep building yourself more and more.
