Pakistani Women

Women in Pakistan are working in almost all department of life.
They are taking an active part in nation building . In the past job
opportunities for them were limited. They worked as lady doctors,
nurses, health visitors and teachers in the early years of Pakistan.
But now job opportunities for women are unlimited. They can be
seen in all spheres of life. They are holding responsible portfolios
in Administration, Custom, Income tax, Railways, PIA, Foreign Service,
Police and Postal Service. Some of them can be seen in the Assemblies
as M.N.A.s or M.P.A.s. Some are working as lawyers. Now they hold
some Important position in Judiciary as well. Quite a large number of
educated women are in banks and in business concerns. They are more
conscious of their political and social status. Women of Pakistan are now
fully aware of their responsibilities...!!
