The WA State Futsal League finals get underway this Friday night from 7.00PM at the Pro Futsal Centre, when Series Futsal Australia Champions Stirling Futsal Club take on Claremont Cambio Cumbre in the first women's semi final.

Without doubt, Stirling FC women are the best women's futsal team in Australia at the moment, topping the WA State Futsal League and then doing the same Nationally barely two weeks ago.

With the likes of top goal scorer Sadie Lawrence, the super talented creator Ella Mastrantonio and Series Futsal Australia golden gloves Keeper Clara Darde, Stirling will be heavy favorites coming into the match having accounted for 'La Cumbre' just a few weeks ago 10-2. Although the scorline suggests a one sided affair, Stirling did not have things all their own way with the first half being very even.

If La Cumbre are to book a spot in the grand final, their Mauritian born playmaker Captain Cam Harel will be key, and must inspire her side from the opening minute until the last. She is great with the ball at her feet and has a great shot when called upon.
