The best day in the world? It is known that it is International Woman's Day!

The Women’s Day was established to commemorate the strike of 15,000 workers at the New York textile factory, which on 8 March 1908 demanded electoral rights, improved working conditions, a shorter day and the same pay as men. The factory owner closed the working women in the factory premises with the intention of avoiding publicity. Unfortunately, a fire broke out in the building, which killed 129 of them. The first day of women was celebrated on February 28, 1909, established by the Socialist Party of America after riots and strikes in New York. Officially, the Women's Day is celebrated annually on March 8 from 1910.
