Some people think I make up these stories about gold diggers or over embellish them. Believe me when I say I don't make them up. I'm neck deep in gold diggers over here in Arizona. They come from every state but there is a large influx of them from California. Great great great GREAT grand daughters of the 49ers who found gold in the Sierra Nevadas back in the 1800's.

I think most single women are starting to panic when they are near 35 years old and just wanted to get married. at first they wanted all the great things, handsome, rich, has a career. Then one by one the criteria goes down until they end up taking anyone that comes along.
Yeah a lot of times they settle. 25 years old is a big barrier that a lot of them feel like they need to be married by then. Then buy a house at 28 and have kids by 30 a lot of times. If they get to 35 they certainly get freaked out if they haven't been married or don't have kids.
I wouldn't mind paying for a meal if she was a great conversationalist.
But, most women, the second date, based on their conversational skill, would be dutch, and McDs.
Problem is there are all these girls / women making a career out of first dates. One chick even bragged about her friend who was saying she was totally taking advantage of guys when she was out of money. The chick was acting like it was funny. absolutely. Make them hold up a fork or something. Their are packs of catfish out there. Between the gold diggers, catfish, girls will tons of baggage it is rough. And I have had 5 girls move away on me. lol . People leave Tucson all the time and move back to Cali or other places.

It appears to almost always be the way they are brought up. Oftentimes I notice that their moms are gold diggers as well. I had two girls randomly say that their mom keeps asking them when they are going to marry a rich man. One girl said that her mom told her she can fall in love with a rich man as easily as she can a poor man. I was like WTF...... but it is a real red flag for sure. These kinds of girls almost always settle for a BETA male McBitch and have a miserable life sleeping next to someone they really don't want to be around. smh

It is certainly a tough thing to balance. It isn't like I'm not nice to women or do nice things for them but I look for a woman who is my equal not someone who is going to bleed me dry.

It is the least I can do. I knew a guy who moved to Seattle and racked up $10,000 worth of credit card debt on Tinder dates ...... he limped back to Tucson 40 pounds heavier and broke as a joke. He still hasn't learned. He should be following these case studies and taking notes!
TBH, he should just delete Tinder. If a guy thinks that they're going to find the love of their life on a casual hookup app, they're going to be wrong 99% of the time. If he's just looking for casual sex, go find a hooker and the financial arrangement will be straightforward from the get go. Men complaining about the number of gold diggers on Tinder is like women complaining about the number of cheaters only looking for side pieces/men who aren't interested in long-term relationships on Tinder.
If your buddy wants to find someone who is in it for the long term instead of a free dinner, tell him to join the Appalachian Mountain Club (or the local equivalent) or a church group or a community theater group or take a class at the local community college. Go on a hike for a first date instead of going to the most expensive steakhouse in town. Not only will he immediately have something in common with all the women in the group, he'll have a chance to judge their character before he's dropped a couple grand on them.
You have to put a little more effort in than swiping left or right and throwing down a credit card if you want good results.
