Luna...in the beginning.

When Luna came into my life I lived in a rented wooden chalet at the outermost edge of a small village. It was very deceptive. From the outside it looked like a rather large garden shed...but it was like Dr Who's Tardis on the inside. It was hidden away in a small wooded copse. The lane led to a private woodyard behind to which I had full access.
This became Luna's own personal obstacle course.
We spent many hours in here running, playing hide and seek and climbing. She loved to climb as high as possible and just sit looking out over the fields watching the sheep and birds; the farmers on their tractors in the distance. It was a wonderful time, but I felt the chalet really was small. It was rented, and the actual land around it was unfenced. I couldn't let Luna run freely. I began looking for a house of our own with land in a remote area.
