And what would be the reason they have not upgraded? Time-constraint or something? But they WILL be upgrading, right?
There could be lots of reasons.. They might not have gotten around to it yet, they may have forgotten, they may not know there was a hardfork, they may not be planning to upgrade, they may have run into technical difficulties..
Some may, but not necessarily.
