It should be 1.5% per year
That is 1.5%÷365

I am following up the steem power .. it has 1.5% annual intrest rate... is not it true for the sbd.

SBD is different than Steem Power and has different economics parameters. SBD interest is established by witnesses, it's not a consensus feature (i.e. hardcoded in the blockchain)
