Witnes is someone who witnesses in steemit. The witnesses mentioned here are those who have been believed in the steemit community. Because the witnes have given a lot of things in a very positive contribution

Witness is not for someone who can only pronounce Choose Us As Your Witness.

A witness as a witness plays an important role in how the function of the STEEM network.
