I am all for a Steem Magna Carta as I proposed 7 days ago. Any 'promises' by Justin Sun have to be integrated into code and with consequences. Anyone can say " I won't do this. I won't do that", but these are just words and so we need these promises hardwired in. How they are hardwired in, I will leave to the witnesses and devs to come up with those solutions.
