I updated two features for my tiny tools in this weekend.

post-to-steem-action

This github action can be used to post a release article to Steem chain.

post-article-as-schedual

This tool will use github issue and post-to-steem-action to post somethings to Steem in schedual which you set.

Update: Add telegram support to notification.
