lukestokes wasn't around during the HF21/22 crash and it took him 10 days to get back and upgrade to HF21. I was, and always was around in times of blockchain crisis, the other top 20 know it very well. So, who's best suited to be top 20? Being a steem witness is about securing the blockchain so people like you can enjoy it with less downtime as possible. Witness voting is not a playground because someone flagged you.
