I dont think people actually READ posts anymore
all i keep seeing are "good post" , "wow this is great i followed, follow me back"and the now infamous "upvoted, followed"
this is the reason the reward pool keeps shrinking, we're getting thousands of new people a day who keep posting crap in hopes of getting upvoted
"Dey Tuuk MUH STEEM" Newbs also buy it supporting the price which increases the reward pool. I think poor new users are currently net nuetral, and rich new users will actually increase the price and reward pool.
