I vote for witnesses that run public RPC nodes. I'll go verify I have got your account voted for now.
We should also make witness votes for @almost-digital. He is the only one running a public RPC node for a testnet and he isn't in the top 50. There are too few public RPC testnet nodes!
It would be nice to see some other testnet nodes up. Testnet needs a 16 GB RAM box (last time I checked), and I wont spam the real blockchain with test payments as long as I can use some testnet node.
