Here we go!
Technical standard details
Node is running smoothly.
One block every 27 hours.
I didn't change anything there.
Also no change in my setup, blocksize, registration fee, etc.
Anyway, those are not that interesting, they are roughly the same as al the other witnessees, except my blocksize, I keep it at double the size, to avoid bandwidth issues for minnows.
Some interesting detail:
Currently the size of the whole blockchain in my server memory is 30 GB. This is about 30% of available memory.

About Me:
I was thinking, what do I as witness do for the blockchain?
Keep in mind, that a lot of witnesses claim to be for the blockchain, because they run a business and make money with it.
Really?
That is your part as witness?
That should not be the case. As you make money by offering your service or because your app forces user to give you some percentage of their payout.
Thatis because you run a service and not, because you are generous.
And those witnesses are in the TOP 20/100
Now you see, what my business as witness is.
I am complaining.
Criticizing and sceptical about all things.
The "new" UI?
Thank you for that roll out, that was no where mentioned. That will make it easier for phishing attempts, when you change something without announcing it.

Witness Staking
My proprietary method to stake your witness votes is running smoothly.
Ok , I will explain a bit.
I make a block every 27 hours. I get paid for that.
I calculate it in SBD, as the pay is in STEEM Power.
And share 20% of that with my witness voters.
But I have already 160 Voters. So what you might earn per block is not much.
Don't worry, I have saved every bit in my DB.
I save it in nSBD. That is NanoSBD.
1 SBD = 1000 mSBD (MilliSBD)
1mSBD = 1000 uSBD (MicroSBD)
1 uSBD = 1000 nSBD (NanoSBD)
Payout is once your account reaches 1 mSBD.

I myself have to wait for a payout;)
I did power up some STEEM in between taking the list snapshot and the screenshot, thats why it is not exactly the same amount of VESTS.
My scripts takes a snapshot of your VESTS every 15 minutes and saves it in the DB.
Now, here is the list, Steemit doesn't support collapsible elements in their UI, so it has to be that long.

Yes.. More witness votes:)
The more votes (vests voted for you) you have, the higher the chance is that you will make a block.
Top 20 witnesses make each a block every minute.
2 random below top 20 are chosen to do 1 block per minute.
